More bids out the door. No new hire.
Commercial and industrial electrical takeoffs, labor hours, and material lists from an estimator with nine years of bid-day experience. You send the plans. I send back the numbers. You own the bid.

Labor hours
Hours by item, system, and area, adjusted for working height, occupied buildings, and schedule.
Material list
Every item rolled up and ready for your distributor's pricing.
Scope & exclusions
Clarifications, exclusions, and spec review to catch gaps before bid day.
Delivered as an Excel workbook and PDF.

Why contractors use Home Run
An estimator, not a counting service
Nine years of commercial and industrial bidding. I read drawings and specs the way your own estimator would, including what's missing from them.
More bids, same payroll
Go after the work you'd normally pass on, or clear the overflow when bid day stacks up, without adding a full-time estimator.
Confidential
Your plans, quantities, and bid information are never shared with anyone else.

Questions
What do you need from me?
The electrical drawings, plus architectural and mechanical sheets where they affect the scope, the Division 26 spec (and 27/28 if they're in your scope), any addenda, your bid date, and what you're bidding.
Do you price the materials?
No, and that's by design. You get quantities, labor hours, and a material list. You apply your own distributor pricing, labor rate, overhead, and markup, so the numbers stay yours.
What if an addendum comes out?
Send it over. Revisions are $85 per hour, and I'll tell you the estimated hours before I start.
How do I pay?
By emailed invoice with card or bank transfer. Small jobs are due on delivery. Standard and larger are 50% to start and 50% on delivery.
Where are you located?
Dallas–Fort Worth. The work is done remotely, so I can take plans from contractors anywhere in the U.S.
